Maggie was the sweetest dog you could ever meet. She always loved meeting new people and she could never get enough affection. She could play fetch for hours and never get tired. She was an odd dog with many peculiarities. She would refuse to drink out of her water bowl, instead insisting on going outside to drink out of the pond. When the pond dried up in the summer, she would run down to the creek to get water. She would never eat unless we were eating with her, and even when she did eat she always took her time with her food. Her favorite activity was meeting us at the bus stop everyday, she would start to get super excited half an hour before. At the end of these bus stop trips she would pick up a new stick to run back to the house with and add to her collection. She passed away at the age of 14.
